The little barn is a dream come true. Jen and Steph are working moms who do it all. If you know what that feels like, you know the importance of being able to spend your treasured hours with your children in a safe, fun yet relaxed environment. This can be very daunting when you've got a list of things to do, errands to run and only that one block of time in your day that you are going to give the gift of play to your children and hopefully some relaxation to yourself. PRACTICAL PARENTING - THE TODDLER GROUP

Wednesdays 9:30-10:45
Cost: $150 per six-week session
Our Summer Session begins Wednesday, June 30, 2010.   Our  interactive group will discuss some of the following topics this session :
  • Child-proofing your marriage
  • Preschool:  How the pick the right one for your child’s temperament!!!  (includes eastside school chart, educational philosophy info)
  • Limit Setting with your toddler:   Using connecting communication skills.
  • Children’s literature; why the books you pick for your little ones matter. (includes a list of age appropriate books for 0-2years)
  • The  importance of emotional intelligence and development of good self-esteem
  • Music & Movement (20min)

This class is amazing and you will love it just as much as your child(ren). We can't wait!!!

Each class session will be held on Wednesday mornings  9:30-10:45am @ The Little Barn.  This cost is $150.00 per 6-week session (Toddler).  Please feel free to contact Brandi J. PUPPET SHOWS EVERY TUESDAY WITH Matt Scott

Tuesdays, 10AM - $10 per child
We are so excited to introduce Matt Scott, puppeteer extraordinaire. Mr. Scott will be performing original puppet shows every Tuesday at 10am. These puppets are hand made and the shows are created for children ages 12 months to 5 years old. We are going to sit in a big circle on the carpet and enjoy the show!! Tickets are $10.00 per child (care givers free) and also includes admission to Little Barn for the day. Good times are here to stay!
